How often should a mattress be cleaned?
Once or twice a year works for most homes. More often if you have allergies, pets on the bed or young children, or after an illness or accident.
How long before I can sleep on it?
Usually a few hours, depending on ventilation and the weather. We'll let you know on the day, and it's best to make the bed once it's completely dry.
Can you remove urine or sweat stains?
We treat these common stains and odours, and most improve significantly. Very old or deep stains may not disappear completely, and we'll be upfront about that before we start.
Does it get rid of dust mites?
A deep clean removes a lot of the dust and debris dust mites feed on and helps reduce allergens. No clean can make a mattress permanently mite-free, so regular cleaning and washing bedding hot is the best approach.
Do you clean mattresses for Airbnb hosts?
Yes. Hosts often book mattress cleaning between guests or alongside a deep clean of the property. Ask about combining it with your turnover cleans.
